"SIVOLI"
a name that brings to mind the tail of a silvery fish moving along the surface of the Lagoon’s weary surface.
‘SIVOLI’ was how Gabriele D’annunzio, the highly imaginative poet, translated the Venetian name for the lagoon’s most common fish, ‘SIEVOI’, or ‘mullets’. This name perfectly expresses the character of our Restaurant - refined at the same time as being full of tradition and rooted in the local area.
The elegant surroundings of the dining room open out onto the terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, with the twinkling of Murano glass blending with the glittering water and the reflections of the gondolas’ metalwork.
